The course is open to all, pastries, fruit & drinks will be provided free of charge, and the course costs nothing to attend. If you have young children and would like to attend, please get in touch as we want the session to be open to as many people as possible.
Sign up now and take control of your Climate Anxiety, together we are stronger!
What is the purpose of this course?
- Firstly, we want to make it very clear that we are not here to tell you what to think, we are here to provide the information you need, in order to make up your own mind.
- We welcome discourse, and you will have the opportunity to question what is being presented to you, at any point throughout the course.
- Our aim is to encourage and promote group empowerment during the 6 sessions, with a specific Community Empowerment workshop held in the final session. Should a group campaign emerge during the sessions we will help you to see any campaign through to fruition.
What’s coming up:

Kate Belmonte will deliver this David Ramsden MBE presentation which looks into the science of climate change, the physics and the earth’s tipping points.
“This is the best talk I have heard about the climate and ecological crisis. As a scientist, working on climate, I can confirm that David has put in an enormous amount of work “behind the scenes” to ensure that all that he conveys is factually correct. At the same time, David makes this challenging topic accessible to a wide audience. I warmly recommend this outstanding talk to everyone”. - Professor Alasdair Skelton, Director of the Bolin Centre for Climate Research at Stockholm University
